First Up, Whiskey Infused Whipped Cream…..MMMM
I LOVE this recipe. It is super easy to make, only has 3 ingredients, tastes amazing, AND is perfect for your favorite dessert or beverage (or by itself, if you are like me)!! Plus it is soft and fluffy just like plain whipped cream.
The best part is by making it yourself, you can always adjust the ingredients to your taste. Too boozy, add more sugar. Want more booze…go nuts!!
Whiskey Infused Whipped Cream
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 T of your favorite Whiskey or Bourbon
- 1 t powdered sugar
- Using the whisk attachment of a stand or hand mixer, whip the heavy whipping cream until it becomes firm and can hold a stiff peak.
- Add in whiskey/bourbon and powdered sugar and whip until throughly mixed
